Fuad Ramses (Mal Arnold), an apparently average Egyptian immigrant, owns a thriving catering business in the tranquil suburbs of Miami. He also murders young women with the intent of resurrecting the goddess Ishtar using their body parts. Ramses hypnotizes a socialite in order to secure a catering contract for her debutante daughter, Suzette Fremont (Connie Mason), and transforms the celebration into an evening of grisly killings, violent dismemberment, and ritual sacrifice.
