Bizarre
Maurice, a shy young homeless man, makes ends meet in Brooklyn, sleeping in parked cars until he stumbles upon Bizarre, an underground club known for its burlesque shows. The club's playful revues celebrating self-determined sexuality and creative otherness fascinate Maurice, and the two female club owners both adore him. He quickly becomes a member of their self-selected family and develops a bond with the introverted Luka. Maurice, on the other hand, turns his back on Luka's growing affection. He wanders aimlessly through the city, running away from his true emotions. He seeks solace in a boxing club, where he meets Charlie. Maurice, unable to withstand the pressure of his suppressed emotions, unleashes a cascade of emotions tinged with tenderness and menace.
