Cowabunga! Frankie and Annette star in a new version of their old-time, good-time beach movies in this hip version of their old movies. As well as appearances by Bob Denver, Tony Dow, Pee-Wee Herman, Jerry Mathers, and other well-known people. Frankie and Annette grow up and have kids in the middle of the country, where it's cold. In LA, they visit their daughter, who is living with her boyfriend and tries to hide it. Their marriage starts to fall apart when Frankie runs into Connie, who has made a shrine to him in her night club. Punk son: Their son has been hanging out with the local surf thugs. Things come to a head when they challenge the good guys to a surfing duel.
