A shadowy organization of crooks dubbed 'The Alliance' creates a trap for the Taxpayer. They detain him, torture him, and plot his public crucifixion. Richard Randolph, a local janitor, gathers retired Superheroes and plans a scheme to rescue the Taxpayer. The criminals organize a public assembly at which a large crowd gathers to see the Taxpayer's crucifixion. The heroes infiltrate the evil guy's stronghold, sparking a massive battle. Throughout the mayhem, various funny and action-packed musical performances are interwoven. Will the heroes be able to save the day in the midst of the great political discussion and war for humanity?
