Airborne
There are two things Mitchell Goosen likes to do when he's free: surf and rollerblade. Yet, his parents, who are both zoologists, were given a grant to go to Australia to work there. Mitchell couldn't go with them because he was sick. In Cincinnati, Ohio, his aunt, uncle, and cousin live. So, he gets sent there to stay with his family. When he gets there, he meets his cousin, Wiley, who will be his roommate for the next six months. Mitchell then goes to school and gets in trouble with the high school hockey players, who don't like him. In the end, Mitchell and Wiley are tortured for a long time by the guys. Then, the big guys and Mitchell and Wiley have to learn to get along so they can try to beat their Central High School rivals in a competition down Devil's Backbone, which is a long way down.
